Arrive Technologies Viet Nam is a subsidiary of Arrive Technologies Inc., located at Etown Building (1), mainly responsible for researching and designing the Arrive’s products.

Currently we need to recruit 01 more CS (Customer Support) staff.

Job Title: Customer Support

Job Description: Responsibilities include the following:

–          Monitoring, tracking customer activities/status (including customer’s information & issues) and report to Director of Engineering/board/management  team when needed.

–          Interfacing with Engineers to resolve customer issues.

–          Proposing solutions to customers/FAEs.

–          Tracking issues which engineering team are debugging with Customers.

–          Following up Engineer’s on-site support trips for product’s demonstrations.

–          Coordinating with Engineering team to make data-sheet, feature-set, SoW (statement of work) and any related technical documents for Customer releases.

–          Other tasks as assigned by Superior


**Working conditions:

– To work at E.town Building, modern lab (telecoms equipments and embedded systems in MAN/WAN networks, etc…)

Job Requirement:


The ideal candidate should have College/Bachelor degree, major in English or Telecommunication.

  1. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
  2. Ability to read & understand technical documents in English.
  3. Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and good typing skill.
  4. Can work under pressure.

5. Female with telecommunication background is preferred.

6. Good communication skills and service orientation.
